For this, just sign up online – the fee is $1 for the ticket. However, each participant can only send in one entry. Moreover, each ticket allows a group of six or fewer people. On the day of the fireworks, the Mount Rushmore Memorial site will be closed to the general public. Only lottery ticket holders will be allowed entry, ensuring crowd control and making it easier for park management and staff to maintain and follow CDC Covid-19 recommendations.
